1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Altrevo Clothing (“ALTREVO”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ALTREVO.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, materials and designs as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

Product descriptions, prices and availability may be changed without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse sales where reasonably necessary.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Certain ALTREVO products may be offered as pre-order items.

Pre-order products are not necessarily available for immediate shipment and may be produced after your order has been placed.

For products clearly identified as pre-orders, please allow 6 weeks or longer for production and shipping unless a different estimated timeframe is stated on the relevant product page.

All delivery dates and production timelines provided for pre-orders are estimates. Delays may occur due to production, transportation, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

By purchasing an item clearly marked as a pre-order, you acknowledge the extended estimated delivery time. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete, including your email address, shipping address and payment information.

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues or product availability problems.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

The final price, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ALTREVO offers shipping to supported destinations shown during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs, carrier delays, product availability and whether an item is a pre-order.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available.

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

7. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Returned items must generally be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable.

Customers in the European Union and European Economic Area may also have statutory rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases. These statutory rights are not limited by these Terms.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact us at altrevoclothing@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order information and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available through ALTREVO, including our brand name, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs and other original content, is owned by or licensed to ALTREVO unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

10. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website, distribute malicious software, obtain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or use our content in violation of our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

Changes will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to purchases already completed unless required by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sweden, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
